Dear Ms. Smith:

I am the director of Elephant English Learning Institute, which is one of the most famous chain institutes in Taiwan. Our student ages range from 17 to 25 years old. Most of them are full-time students. Some are working adults.

We know that your Academy has a good reputation of its excellent English instruction faculty for people who take English as second language. Therefore, I'd like to collaborate with you on a language exchange program. That is the Taiwanese students from my institute would be able to study in your academy to experience the culture and life style there. Likewise, the same policy would apply to the students from your school who are interested in learning Chinese as well. With regard to accommodation, and traveling expense, students will pay by themselves.

However, if you are intrigued in this program, I'd like to visit your school someday by the end of December to discuss the further details with you. Please let me know just as soon as possible whether the program is workable and when the visit will do with you.
