There is nothing to be seen on the cover page, just the starry background??
Each of the links on the left column opens up on a new window. This design is strange. The designer should use a frame and open up the contents on the right hand side.
The title on the upper left corner only says "index" which is not informative enough.
On the introduction page, it says "This is a site for 5-6 degree elementary school students. " which is wrong. It should say "This is a site for 5th-6th graders of elementary school students."
There is a relevant link called "Colors and shapes" given on the menu. This will confuse the learners because of the similarity of the titles.
A site map is created to guide the users of the site.
A lesson plan is written; however, the content seems to be the same as those on the introduction page.
Videos are also given to support the teaching.
Exercises and worksheets are designed for the learners to review their learning.  
The site design can still be improved to make the links more consistent.
