In the presentation” Big Apple- New York” they mention about the reason why New York called Big Apple and introduce some travel scenery: Chinatown, architecture, Liberty State Park. Chinatown is build by Chinese who come to America to find the gold in Gold Mountain and build railroad. It becomes the largest concentration of Chinese in USA. The famous architecture in New York is skyscraper, they told us five of them are The American Standard Building, Barclay-Vesey Bldg, The Marriott East Side Hotel, The Paramount Building, The Empire State Building. In the presentation” New York” they talk about New York’s history, tourist attractions, economy, and transportation. In origin, New York is full of Indians, today, it becomes American headquarters. They introduce five tourist attractions to us, they are The Empire State Building, The Statue of Liberty, Rock feller Center, Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Central Park, The Museum of Modern Art. Besides, the economy can separate in three parts: Financial, insurance, real estate industries form. There are many choices in transportation, they give some examples like subway, public bus fleet, or railroad. In the presentation”Rome” they introduce weather, history, and buildings. The weather in summer is hot and dry, in winter is wet but comfortable. The history can separate in four periods: Antiguity Time, Roman King Politics time, Roman republic, Roman Empire. The building represent exercise spirit, mythology, and religion, for example, Colosseo, Pantheon, St Peter’s Basilica, Sistine Chapel. In the presentation” Endangerment” they confer some species has become extinct because exotic species invade and other several factors leading to endangerment. We can separate species which is in danger in four stages from light to serious: Vulnerable Species, Threatened Species, Endangered Species, and Extinct Species. They told us these species’ value like in medicinal, agriculture, or in commercial. They also appeal to society to protect these species. It talks about jazz music, which is popular around America, especially in New York. They mention about China Town, which is the largest concentration and a landmark of NY today. (8) Endagerment Their topic is presentates the reason which cause organisms endangerment and its affection.The organisms to become extinct is because the destraction of their habitat,exotic species from other place,other exploitation and disease,pollution make them have to move.Their endangerment cause many nature problem.And now,there are many animals,plants and insects have disappeared.Although there are some organizations want to help them and stop the trend of extermination.There are many difficuties like budget constraints and the limiled scientific data.

In the Group8’s oral presentation “Endangered Species,” they talk this topic by the causes of endangerment, the ways to save the endangered species, the terms of the endangered species and some example of the endangered species in the world. In the presentation “Festival in Spain,” first, they introduce this topic by talk about Spain’s history and then tell us Spain’s 2 important activities: bull running and bull fighting. They introduce these activities in their history, time, the ways people celebrate and their changes.

In the oral presentation “Rome,” they introduce this city in 3 parts: First, talking about the geography and weather of Rome and the account of Italy. Then, tell us the history of Rome including Rome Low. The final part shows us some important building in the city, like Colosseum, Pantheon and Basilica di San Pietro.

There are two group introduce the some topic “New York,” group 6 talking the New York city by its advances and history about other countries occupied. Grop9 talked about the festival in Spain. It includes three main topics. The first one is Bull Running festival. It is held in 7th-14th. The festival date back to 1591 in Santo Domingo, and it held in order to honor San Fermin. Second one is Bull Fighting. Bull fighting start in 771AD during King Alfonso VIII. It was a sport for aristocracy. Third one is talk about Spain’s history. The era evolution in Spain is Phoenician, Carthaginians, Romans, Visigoths, and Arab.

It been occupied by British in 1664, and been officially called New York in 1683. War of Independence started in Boston in 1774, Now today it's the permanent headquarters of UN. They also introduce about tourist attractions, such as Rockefeller Center, Museum of Mordern Art, Central Park with zoo in it, and Statue of Liberty, made from Francein in 1886. Econnomy in New York are financial, insurance and real estate industries form. About the transportation, such as bus, public transit system, and Subway,Subway in New York is the largest system in the world. There are also railroad, PATH and LIRR. The three major airports are JFK, LGA and EWR. Make it a convenient life. Group7 ROM According to the presentation, Rom is not only thecapital of Italy, but also the central postion of Mediterranean. The “Lady” is fundraising in France. In June, 1884, Lady received her final touches. In Spring, 1885, she reminded in Paris and dismantle for the long voyage to America.

And New York is also a important economy place in the world. The basic of the city economy is financial and insurance and real estate industries form. Creative industries, stock exchange, international corporation, brooklyn harbor and high-tech industries are New York economy’s point.

Group7 - Rome Rome has a long history. Rome began in 2000 B.C and end in 15 A.C. Their territory start from Spain Greece and Middle East. During 8 B.C to 6 B.C, Rome in the Roman King Politics Time. In that time, aristocracy and citizen are antagonism and aristocracy overthrows autarchy lord. Roman republic started at that time. Caser was assassination, Roman civil was started and Octarian become the first King of Rom. In the Rome Empire time, Romance territory became huge and Roman civil war started again. Christianity became the state religion and Rom breakup to West and East.

Group8 - Cause of Endangerment There are many factors leading to endangerment. Overexploitation is the most important part of leading to endangerment. Why we save them is because they have many value, such as medicinal, agricultural, ecological, commercial and aesthetic/recreational value. So we have to save the endangerment.
