A: | Oh! No! But I'm having this terrible headache , and my throat ˇK |

A: | I've got a sore throat . I can hardly speak, and ˇK |

A: | Oh, yes, I forget to tell you my name. It's Mrs. Peterson. |

A: | So, John, you see, there's something wrong with my nose too. |

A: | It's so stuffed up I can hardly breathe. Do you think I have to get an injection ? |

A: | I hate syringes . They make me nervous. But I believe that I need some pain relievers for my headache, some nasal spray for my nose congestion , and some throat lozenges for my sore throat. ˇK Hello? Hello? John? Are you listening? |

A: | Good, then, can I see Dr. Lee this afternoon? |

A: | How about tomorrow morning, then? |
B: | |
A: | Why is that? You are supposed to make appointments for patients , aren't you? After all, you are the receptionist . |

A: | You are not the receptionist? Who are you? |

A: | You are a patient? Why are you answering the phone? |
