Balanced Diet and Obesity

 
 

       Balanced food is very important to a person’s health. A lot of people do not value the importance of balanced food to health. Generally speaking, eating too many or too few has only disadvantage, but no advantage to human bodies. Proper food can give one healthy body and personality.

 
 

       Nowadays, a lot of people can’t eat food normally because of school work or business. In addition, they do not develop good food habit since childhood. Nowadays, more and more kids like fast food. They like a lot of food fried in oil. Those foods have high calories and do not completely do well to the body.  If they often eat those foods, they are easy to become obese. If the body is fat and they don’t exercise constantly, it is also a big threat to life. But a lot of people still like to spend money on those high calories foods and do not like to spend on buying vegetable food. A lot of people neglect the importance of eating vegetable and fruit. In fact, vegetable and fruit can promote appetite. It also can make the skin softer and better. So we should eat more nutritious food. This way makes the body develop in balanced way.

 
 

Therefore, we should value balanced food to improve body condition. Balanced diet will not cause one obese to hurt the body. On the contrary, it can develop sound physical structure and personality.
