Balanced Diet to Prevent Obesity

 
 

     Everyone has long desired to own a healthy body, which counts on regular work and rest. How to balance diet and get away from obesity is the most important task for everybody.

 
 

     Diet and obesity are concerned about our healthy body. According to specialist’s statistic, we can estimate that over fifty percent of people have unhealthy bodies. It means they’re too fat. In our everyday life, we can consume nutritious food like vegetable and fruit. In order not to hurt our health, reducing to take harmful food like hamburgers and coke is mandatory. 

 
 

     Balanced diet is essential to a good life. It may let you keep fit and not to be fat. This is not always easy to do in today’s fast-paced society, but it’s the basis of good health. I think one of the reasons causing unbalanced diet is that we usually spend so much time on many things such as overwork. Because of this, we may take balanced diet for granted. On the other hand, we eat only those we like to reduce stress from overwork, but not noticing we actually are taking in junk food. In addition, we don’t get regular exercise in our everyday routine. I’m, concerned that lacking exercise is the most important reason to cause obesity.

 
 

     Obese people are easy to suffer serious injuries. They are much more likely to die than light weight persons because their entire body tends to lose balance and thus fall off easily. It is always riskier when the obese takes surgery. Besides, obesity can reduce lung capacity and cause heart problems. Heart attacks can be worse than the result of injury. In addition, the organs of the obese are more likely to fail during surgery.

 
 

     Since fat people risk more than normal people, how can we prevent it from occurring? For everyone, the answer is easy. It is to eat less high calorie food such as hamburgers and fries, matching up with constant exercise everyday. Being fat won’t be true to your health then! Everybody depletes about 2300 calories a day, and sometimes eats a meal of high fiber. In this way, it will be no doubt for one to keep fit. Extra calories will assemble and stockpile in blood vessels of heart. Thus it can develop cardiovascular diseases when getting aged.

 
 

     In sum, if you go on a diet, you should take in enough nutrients and add constant sports in thirty minutes a day to break away chronic disease. If so, you will gain slender body and look fit. If we are healthy, we don’t worry about many things. For instance, it is not a problem to pick clothes in any size when going shopping with friends. One better thing is you can make friends with the girl whom you’ve admired for a long time because you’re in good shape. So diet is the first step that you stride towards healthy and happy life.
