		people suffer from obesity problems; that is, a lot people have weight 
		problems. It was commonly believed that some people get too fat simply 
		because they eat too much. However, no scientific evidence has proved 
		this. There is one thing most researchers do agree upon: getting fat 
		easily has something to do with one’s gene, namely, heredity. And there 
		is little you can do about it. But for most other cases, health and diet 
		experts offer very useful tips to keep us from getting too fat and 
		thereby to prevent some illnesses related to obesity.  |

		Correct and balanced diet: 
		First, do not eat 
		too much red meat, like beef and pork. Instead, you should eat fish and

		yourself away from junk food such as French fries. And it’s better not 
		to eat too much ice- cream though it’s so tempting. Second, consume more 
		vegetables containing fiber and take in vitamins and minerals by eating 
		fruits, which is not only beneficial for your circulation but will make 
		your skin look good. Third, drink a lot of water and never drink soft 
		like coke and milk tea. That will lower your desire and appetite for 
		snacks, and will certainly keep you from gaining weight. Last but not
