Should we students have any girlfriends? At what ages are we old enough to have a girlfriend? Even how old can we marry?

When we remember and know lots of things, we all want to realize more about men and women. So I think we can have a girlfriend or boyfriend when we become interested in males or females. However, our parents do not allow us to do so. They ask us to concentrate on our school lesson but not the affection between boy and girl. In their opinion, love affair is a stone that interferes students a lot. On the other side, we need to understand well about male and female so that we will not do things to hurt our girlfriend or boyfriend who could be our spouse someday. Teenagers may do many crazy things just wanting to find the difference of the opposite sex. Perhaps they would take off the other’s clothes. To avoid such embarrassing incident, we can teach them about sex, and allow them to communicate with boy or girl before misconduct happens. Adults should encourage boys and girls to socialize with each other so they will have good manners and behave without offending the opposite sex when getting along.

I think we all have to reach the legal age when we get married. Although I agree to have a girlfriend, I don’t deny that getting married and having parenthood at very young age is not healthy because our mind and body are not mature enough to get married even making love. It is normal that we have interest in sex, but we have to wait to reach the legal age to start a family of our own.
