Being in a New Place Is not Easy |

As we know a person in a new environment is often in embarrassing experiences. A new comer might have many problems. Now I describe them for you. |

First, if you are an immigrant to a foreign country, you have to understand the language there. Second, the life style there might also be a problem. For example, food there might not be suitable for you or things are too expensive. The third problem is that you are not familiar with the new environment. You may want to buy something to drink but you do not know where to find the store. You may get lost in the city, but nobody can help you. The biggest problem is that you will feel lonely .You are far away from your home country and there are no good friends there. Everything in the new environment makes you feel panic! If you were a student who come from another school, your problem might be that you do not have anyone you know or you can not get used to the way teacher teaches. |

As a freshman in university, of course, I have some problems about my new life. At the beginning, the prices of food are always more expensive than the food sold in high school, because of the quality of lunch is better than that in high school. But my allowance is not raised by my parents, yet. Besides, the classes I have to stay are not the same. I have to change different classrooms to take course. However, the classrooms are far away from me; it takes a long time to reach them. For example, it always takes me 10 minute to get to my history course since it is located in different building. I have to be hurry or I shall be late. The consequence is¡K I walk during all the break time. More than this, the distance between the university and my home is not near. It always takes me more than 1 hour to get to the university. It¡¦s truly wasting time. The traffic in front of our school is really terrible. There are always so many cars on the road, not to mention the rush hour. I usually spend a lot of time in the traffic jams. It makes me angry, but I can do nothing for it. The most important for me at school is the relationship with my classmates. In our department, we have two sections for freshman students. Usually we don¡¦t go to the same class, so we don¡¦t really know each other. Even going to class in the same section, everybody just comes and leaves. Everybody is not as close as in the high school. |

Of course maybe we should try to talk to others not just wait for people to initiate. In this way, we can be close to everyone, build up good relationship and lead happy life not only in school but also in workplace. |
