A:  You know, Bryan. In these days, when accessing to the network, you will see
many websites related to human rights. Human rights are really an important issue.

¡@
¡@

B:  Certainly, the human rights are very important. If we do not have these rights, there is simply no freedom for us. .

¡@
¡@

A:  What do you mean?

¡@
¡@

B:  If no human right, we can be discriminated or treated with bias. We may be without opinions on public affairs or personal freedom. Moreover, we can not ensure our private property.

¡@
¡@

A:  For instance, the countries governed by communist party and certain
developing countries are in chaos and unrest because their human rights are
     violated.

¡@
¡@

B:  Yes, you are right. I feel lucky to be born in this country because our government respects our rights and freedoms.

¡@
¡@

A:  Freedom is the belief that all human beings are born free and equal. However,
we often interfere with freedoms of the other people in the name of love and
justice. This sentence came from a book written by an author who pursues
     democracy and freedom.

¡@
¡@

B:  This man has great ideas.

¡@
¡@

A:  But you are wrong. Does excessive freedom benefit a person or country?

¡@
¡@

B:  Why does it not?

¡@
¡@

A:  Observe these countries which currently practice democracy in government.
You will see some problems. In these democratic countries, there are many
protests and street riots when people claim to defend their rights. But they turn the country into turmoil and chaos. People are not benefited.

¡@
¡@ B:  I see. Human rights demand careful planning and organization. It does not
mean we can do what we want to do even it is against others' freedom. To be
totally free actually requires us to obey law.
