Situation: A TV Interview

Character 1: the Reporter of the ABC Post = R

Character 2: the Manager of the Prosperity Construction = C

R: Hello, I am Rocky of the ABC posts. Thank you for tuning in to this interview.
Today our speaker is Mr. Clang from the Prosperity Construction. Welcome to be
    with us, Mr. Clang!

¡@
¡@

C: It¡¦s my pleasure, indeed.

¡@
¡@ R: your company had bought a rural district. How much did your company pay for
    buying this land?
¡@
¡@

C: Actually it was a commercial secret. But I can tell you it is around
    $200,000,000.

¡@
¡@

R: Oh¡K.It was so expensive. It must cost you a fortune.

¡@
¡@

C: No. It was not awfully large. Besides, there is great potential to develop.

¡@
¡@

R: What are the special features of the rural district?

¡@
¡@

C: There is no air pollution and it is far away from the urban.

¡@
¡@ R: Then it may have some problems during your development. For instance,
pollution destroys the nature over there.
¡@
¡@ C: Nowadays, urban development already achieves maximum. If we still develop in
the urban district, it will ruin the urban district.  In addition to air pollution
problem, water pollution and electricity supply cannot satisfy needs. So we must
develop the rural area to solve these problems.
¡@
¡@

R: What is about your project?

¡@
¡@

C: First, we will improver the urban to stop pollution. For instance, we¡¦ll plant more
trees, encourage use of leadless gasoline, or sort out the rubbish. Besides, in
order to discourage people to drive, we will raise parking prices in busy areas.

¡@
¡@

R: What about the traffic system?

¡@
¡@ C: We will build more underground traffic, the system to transport more people at
one time. In addition to public transport system, we also encourage people to
ride bicycles not for recreation but also for commuting.
¡@
¡@

R: Then, what about sanitation?

¡@
¡@ C: We will reduce rubbish by sorting out and recycling. Garbages are sorted out
before they are burned or landfill. If they are reusable, they will also be recycled
    like cans, glass, and papers.
¡@
¡@

R: Thirdly, what kind of the amusement the city government is planning for?

¡@
¡@ C: Nowadays people live in a tension and panic life so that we will build sport
stadium, gymnasium, shopping centre, cinemas and a theatre.
¡@
¡@ R: Thank you. They are really so great. Actually, I¡¦ve got some advice about new
    energy.
¡@
¡@

C: Well, you have done your homework.

¡@
¡@ R: We will supply solar energy. Solar energy has a history of about 10 years old,
but it is very useful and saves space. It will provide electricity and reduce
     noise.
¡@
¡@

R: Finally, does your company have a great confidence on this project?

¡@
¡@

C: Sure. The project is prefect.

¡@
¡@

R: We have taken you a lot of time. Thanks for your advice.

¡@
¡@

C: You are welcome. If you have any problem, you can e-mail or call me.
