	1. Why does not everyone enjoy telecommuting?
	A: Telecommuting is people work at home on computers. They don’t have to go to office everyday. They just use these electronic communications like fax machines, cell phones, e-mails or internets to work with their colleagues. They don’t need to commute to office, but stay at home and use these electronic appliances to work. This type of office work is called telecommuting. Although telecommuting is convenient for many people, yet some of them think that there are some drawbacks. Some think that it could distract our focus on the study or work. And it can cause them not to do their work best. And some businessmen think that the customers and clients can find them by it. But the businessmen don’t want them to be found when they are on vacation. So not everyone likes it.

	2. What are the advantages of working? What are the disadvantages of lacking job security?
	A: People like to work because they can make much money to support themselves and their family. If they don’t work, they may not maintain their livelihood. Once they’re out of job, they are short of money to pay housing, food, clothes such basic needs. Many of them find a job which is suitable for them from which they can exert their professional knowledge and skills. So they will feel happy and find their self-confidence. On the other hand, when people loose job security, they will loose their confidence that they will not only be laid off at any time since they have no promises which are given by the company, but also lose many benefits for themselves. For example, the salary will be decreased. Under this condition, working people suffer stress which may make them sick physically and mentally.

	3. Describe several possible ways that people of Today use to search for a job.
	A: Nowadays, people have many ways to find a job. First, they can seek job opportunities in the newspaper. Most newspapers have pages for job ads. Second, they can get some information form employment agency (人力銀行). There you can do some test and find the suitable job. And then, you can find job on the Internet. This is a powerful way to get a good work. Everyone can post what they can do or skills they have. This way may be the best to find a job.

	A: You can ask your friends or family members to recommend and apply for a job. You can search on job ads on newspapers and send a resume to take part in the job interview. You can go to a company manger or factory owner by yourself and ask him if he wants to hire a new staff. You can surf on the internet and find the job you’re interested.
