¡@ 1. Describe traditional and current ways of people to find jobs. ¡@
¡@ A: People in the past worked to get pay to support their family. That is to make them
have good lives. But, nowadays people find jobs to develop their interests, learn
skills and achieve their dream. They work not only for money and life but also to
make themselves  become a useful and happy human.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: In the old days, people would find their jobs in classified ads section in a
newspaper. If he found one which was interesting, he would send his application
form and wait for an interview. If everything was fine, he would get the job. But
now people find job on the internet. There are websites where a company may
post out ads for wanting new people. Applicants will send their application forms
and resumes through e-mail. The only thing remains unchanged is people still need
to go the company in person if they need an interview. But maybe in the future,
with web-cam and video conference people don¡¦t even need to go to the company
    for interview any more.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: People used to find jobs on newspaper. It was a disaster to find a job that
matches your ability and experience. Nowadays, people surf on internet to help
with finding a job. This way is mush faster and easier to figure out the right
choices. However, finding an opportunity may be easier today, but getting the job
    is still difficult.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: In traditional ways, most people would wait to get employed until they earned
their college degrees. They would follow their major field as they were finding a
job suitable to them. They would evaluate their conditions to decide the best job.
That¡¦s what traditional ways did. In current ways, most often we find out jobs
according to our interest. It means the job we are doing may not be merely what
we major in college, but also be something else that we are interested in. In other
words, we will find our jobs according to our interest but without evaluating our
conditions. We will think later whether we are able to do the job well after we
    enter the job field.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Traditional people were used to find jobs by newspaper or introduction by friend.
They may do a job in their whole life. Current people also find jobs by newspaper
or friends, but they can also use internet to find jobs. If they want to keep their
jobs or keeping their fields, they need continuing education to upgrade their skills.
Because in current, technology changes too fast.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Traditionally, people find jobs by walk-in-interview from a shop to another or
sending their resumes to companies to hope for a interview. Nowadays, people
send out resumes through e-mails or just simply fill up the application form of a
company. People do promote their professionals or the classified of a newspaper
and wait for companies to call them up. After  then that, people now do promote
themselves through the internet. Companies as well use internet to find people for
    jobs available.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Traditional ways to find job are quite annoying compared with that of nowadays.
Make a call to see if there is any vacancy, to send our resume by post, to go to the
office for an interview far away from home, etc. These could be ways to find jobs,
but there are even better ones. Current ways to find job are plentiful. You may surf
the net and quickly find out the job that fits and send your resume online! Once
you are admitted, get yourself dressed up, and get ready for online interview! The
fast changing society and technology make our life convenient and enjoyable, but
there are still drawbacks for the current ways to find job. Many people post their
resumes on the website or send them to the offices without being seriously
consider beforehand. Therefore, too many useless application forms are received.
Things like this may be problems. We have to be aware of, but generally speaking
the changing styles of living is certainly a trend that makes our life convenient.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Traditionally, people did what their fathers did. Sometimes  someone they knew
introduced them to work in a company when they heard from the friend and knew
the job. Nowadays, one can get job information from website and newspaper. A
Job applicant fills out the application form provided by the company he or she
wants to work with. If the company is interested in the qualifications, he or she
will be invited an interview with the employer. For the government job, one should
take civil examination before he or she is assigned a post in the government.

¡@ 2. Discuss the problems caused by job insecurity. ¡@
¡@ A: Increasing unemployment rate is due to economic crisis. When people are
unemployed or worry to lose job, they suffer job insecurity. Job insecurity causes
unhealthy body and mind. Stress makes people who worry to become unemployed
nervous and fears. They lose appetite. They cannot eat and sleep well. Eventually,
they are sick. When a person feels stressful with his job, he cannot concentrate
when working. In this way, it is easy for to get injured or lose life.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Many people suffer job insecurity because they don¡¦t like their jobs but they have
no other choices since changing job is difficult. They can be very stress because of
this. They cannot concentrate and sometimes they don¡¦t know what to do. Their
attention is easy to be distracted due to headaches or pain from stomach ulcer.
They really need to find a right person to tell their problems. Otherwise, they will
lose confidence and sense of achievement if they are discharged from the post.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Job insecurity causes many problems. One of them is pressure. Because of this
pressure, people often feel uncomfortable with their body such as headaches and
stomach ulcer. The other problem is that some people are too old to face this
problem. It is difficult for them to take full responsibility to upgrade their skills
and knowledge. Their learning skills become slower and inefficient.

¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ 3. Discuss problems caused by economic crisis in Taiwan. ¡@
¡@ A: Economy is not well worldwide now. Salaries to workers in Taiwan cost more than
before. So many factories in Taiwan move to China. This causes more people out
of jobs. We have no advantages to compete with other countries in the world.
Everyone wants to find a good job with high earning, but good jobs are limited.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ 4. How do workers get hurt when working? ¡@
¡@ A: Job injury may happen if workers don¡¦t pay attention on the work they are doing.
The reason to get injured during work is they are so tired or doing other things at
the same time. So if we don¡¦t want to get hurt when working, we should try to do
only one thing at one time.
¡@
¡@ ¡@ ¡@
¡@ A: Workers may have get injured during working. The company does not pay medical
bills for them. Some women get married or having babies, but they may be asked
to quit their jobs or receive no pay during maternity leave. Some new workers are
asked to do the job which they are not familiar with so that they are easy to get
hurt. Some companies don¡¦t pay money to workers who overwork. Some companies
would give workers presents or money known as bonus in the end of the year to
thank for their contribution, but some don¡¦t.
