A: In traditional ways,
most people would wait to get employed until they earned their college degrees. They would follow their major field as they were finding a job suitable to them. They would evaluate their conditions to decide the best job. That¡¦s what traditional ways did. In current ways, most often we find out jobs according to our interest. It means the job we are doing may not be merely what we major in college, but also be something else that we are interested in. In other words, we will find our jobs according to our interest but without evaluating our conditions. We will think later whether we are able to do the job well after we enter the job field. |
