There are quite some buildings in Taipei designed by foreign architects.
A famous church on the Sec. 3, Jhongshan N. Rd. called ¸t¦hºÖ was designed by an American architect names Anthony Stoner. The church gives a calm atmosphere and has beautiful lancet light. And Taipei Story House or¶ê¤s§O²ø, a very British style building next to the Taipei Fine Art Museum is another example. It was built during the Japanese colonial period and designed by an English architect. This beautiful villa is an exhibition canter accompanied with a very delicate restaurant where visitors can enjoy the exhibition and good meals.

Many college students in Taiwan need to have a part time job to support themselves. My classmate, Jean, has a part time job in a bakery after school every Monday to Wednesday. And, my roommate, Jessie, works in a breakfast house every morning from Monday to Sunday. Both of them are busy with their study and part time jobs.
Both of them feel bad to ask money from their parents since their parents need to support their other sisters and brothers.

A friend of mine, Wang, is running a shopping store on line. He sells almost everything you can think of. He told me he doesn¡¦t have to worry about his tuition and apartment rent now. Another friend of mine, Lee, used to work at a shoe store to make some pocket money. But he ran into a movie director one day in the store, and now this lucky guy is making much more money being a part time movie star.
