What are the Vi which can also be Vt sometime? 

There are quite a lot of Vi which can be used as Vt. Therefore, looking up the dictionary is always recommended.

Here are some examples:

I left home early today.  

                                 (S + Vi)

I left my books in the locker this morning. 

                                 (S + V + O)

Our school will start on September 16th. 

                                 (S + Vi)

I can not start the car. 

                                 ( S + V + O)

He is walking slowly in the Park. 

                                 (S + Vi)

He is walking his dog in the park. 

                                  (S + V + O)
