Questions 1 through 3 refer to the following announcement.

Due to construction in the Parker Avenue tunnel, this eastbound Broadway Line train will terminate at West Town Center. Talk 2: Weather report
Questions 4 and 5 refer to the following weather report.

Powerful storms will move through the area tonight with rainfall expected to reach two to three inches in Rockford. Tornadoes are possible between 7 and 10 p.m. Temperatures will drop sharply after the storms depart, falling to the high fifties. Tomorrow will be clear with light winds out of the north. Daytime highs will be in the midsixties. Sunrise will be at 6:07 and sunset will be at 8:12.

Talk 3: A TV program
Questions 6 through 8 refer to the following announcement.

On Channel 8 at 7:30 p.m., Dr. Nancy Carter will explain why teenagers experience a heightened need for privacy. She will ponder questions of how adolescents become independent and who they wish to be. Self-doubt and confusion are hallmarks of this age. She will look critically into these issues and why separation from the parents is often encountered and is not wholly unproductive. Finally, focus will shift to why, after considerable reflection, the teenager ascribes to family values and achieves a distinct, maturing personality.

It's my honor to accept this award on behalf of my associates. It's been a long basketball season since we fell victim to last year's champions in our first game. We chased them and, last week, beating the second-place team gave us the title. It's been an exhausting season, but everyone pulled his weight, so we achieved our goal: the championship.
