WESLEY'S WORLD
AUTOBIOGRAPHY
My name is chia-hung Kao. I was born in Taipei, the famous city in north Taiwan,on May 24,1971.My father is a business man who has been selling plastic for over ten years. My mother works in a clothing export company and at the same time a most competent and loving woman to us.At the age of six.I was sent to kindergarten.
Although this was my first educational experience, but I adapted very quickly. Two years later,I attend Hie Sam primary school.i remember in sixth grade my teacher asked me I wished for?I loudly responded that wanted to be an ˇ§astronautˇ¨.When I graduated from primary school,I attend Hie Sam Junior high school. In Taiwan, students undergo tremendous pressure to do well in school. In order to get into one of Taiwanˇ¦s limited high schools or colleges.Teaching methods are very ridgid and allow little chance for self expression.I have always admired American education for allowing students to develop their independent thinking skills and creativity.Three years later,I entered Son Sam Professional High School in Taipei.Three years life in Son Sam has been one of the most unforgettable in my whole life. Not only did I learn professional subjects, such as electronics, machinery, computer, and auto control concept.During that time I made friends with several classmates whom I still keep in touch with at present.I believe that the friendship among us will last for the rest of my life.Because of my good academic record,I was chosen to tutor schoolmates after school.I feel that teaching was a good learning experience for me.After graduating from high school.I entered Ya-Dom Industrial Junior colledge to pursue my education. After two years,I spent 20 months in the army, where I was a car maintenance assistant. In the army I sharpened my problem solving and analytical skills. After completing the military service.I entered a Japanese company which dealt with the installation, usage instruction and trouble shooting of film processing machines.I have worked for company for two years.I think self-education is more important than school education.I spend at least two hours every day for learning English after work. And also I spent six years in Fu-Jen University to major Japanese and International trade & commercial finance get the degree of Bachelor.
