外國語文(進階觀光餐飲英文) 是為對餐飲、旅遊業感興趣的同學而設計的。內容除了旅遊、食品業相關語言能力的培養外，也包含旅遊、食物產業的新知（如：生態旅遊、食物革命等），和基本知識（如： 行銷、管理與市場調查）。本課大部分以英語進行，同學可以獲得紮實的英語聽說讀寫訓練，提升專業競爭力。
Advanced English for Food and Tourism Professionals is designed for students who plan to work in the field of food & tourism. The principal aim of this course is to teach students to cope with input texts, i.e., listening and reading, in the discipline. Students will also be expected to produce output texts in speech and writing throughout the course. The course will be lectured in both English and Chinese. Students are expected to be competent English users, having reasonable control of the language to participate the class and to meet the requirements.
