This course is designed to enable students, by continuing to improve their English and through constant participation in the online activities,

§   to read English articles with comprehension of the information they contain; (理解文章內容。)

§   to select the main ideas, take notes and summarize;

§   to analyze the organization of essays and paragraphs;

§   to learn writing mechanics through reading process;

§   to apply the above learned skills in writing.

學生修習本課程將參與各項線上學習活動，以增進自我英語能力。修畢本課程後，學生應具備以下能力:

§   有效閱讀並理解英文文章；

§   了解文章主要大意及概念；

§   分析篇章、段落結構；

§   在閱讀文章的過程中，學習各種寫作技巧；

§   實際運用以上技巧寫作。
