Now I¡¦d like to use the passage on Miramar Entertainment Park as an example to show you how to summarize the ideas in your own sentences and language.

Miramar Entertainment Park, the newest shopping and recreational complex in Taipei, extended service hours to 2 a.m. It offered special Christmas Eve dinner for 48 couples served right on its giant Ferris wheel. Reservations were made long ago in spite of a high price tag of NT$5000 per set. The company kept one set for auction on the internet. A 35-year old Taiwan businessman working in mainland China won the tickets by outbidding others with NT$8200 to enjoy the dinner in the sky with his girlfriend.   (China Post: 12/2004)
