Critical comment: When an employee fantasizes an ideal work
                                   conditions, he is challenging strict requirements
                                   set up by the boss who demands high goal of
                                   efficiency and productivity for staff to achieve. On
                                   the other hand,  if a boss is not aware of staff
                                   needs and their reaction to office policies and
                                   regulations, what he sees is different from what
                                   will turn out later on. At the end of the day, his
                                   business is doomed to close down.
